Conference Registration

Registration is a must for everyone who wishes to participate at the ELLTA Conference. Please, note that one full registration fee is required for each conference delegate. The registration process has already started. Authors and Co-authors can submit their fee as per the information given below. The profiles of authors and co-authors are available with the conference; however, others who wish to participate will need to get registered for the conference by creating their accounts on the conference management system (https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/ELLTA2012/Default.aspx)  and providing  their bio-data (Name, Designation, Affiliation, Country and Contact details ) . Additionally all participants need to send their receipt of registration fee as email attachment to   m.kalidas@uum.edu.my  and ellta_2012@ellta.org. 

Conference Fee

Like ELLTA 2011, the fee for participation in the conference has been kept as modest as possible to encourage wider participation.

Procedure of Payment through International/Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

The following is important information required by the participants for payments through TT:

Procedure of Payment through Credit Card (stepwise)

• Step One: Click the link: http://e-com.uum.edu.my/bend/paymode.jsp
• Step Two: Click on the mode of payment (please click relevant LOGO; otherwise, it may generate error).
• Step Three: Fill in the simple form: leave ‘staff no.’ as blank; select OTHER PAYMENT under ‘Payment for’ and in the 5th row, provide description: ELLTA 2012 Conference Fee.
• Step Four: As fee can only be paid in RM, you will need to multiply the fee applicable in your case (in dollars) with 3 (e.g. 550 x 3 = 1650 RM – standard case of early bird from developed economy). Put the fee in the relevant row and press ‘SUBMIT’.
• Step Five: Press ‘PAY NOW’ and it will take you to a new window. Select your card by clicking on the LOGO of the card.
• Step Six: After providing card details in the following window, press ‘pay’.
• Step Seven: Email your payment receipt to the secretariat at m.kalidas@uum.edu.my . Please, also, copy your email to ellta_2012@ellta.org.
