Shairose Irfan Jessani, an academician, leading a school based teacher professional development unit. She has done Masters in Science (Chemistry) from Karachi University, Pakistan and Masters in Education (Teacher Education) from Aga Khan University – Pakistan. She has contributed both at school and community level as well as worked with Government and Non Government organizations for different educational projects. Her interest areas are innovation in curriculum, assessment and teacher leadership. She has presented papers in international conferences at Aga Khan University on topics like STSE approach of teaching science, ICT integration in science teaching and innovation for social change.

Prof. Dr. Gisa Jähnichen, obtained her Magister (Bachelor & Master) in Musicology and Regional Studies on South East Asia from Charles University Prague, PhD in Musicology from Humboldt University Berlin (Germany), and completed her University lecturer thesis (Habilitation) in Comparative Musicology at University Vienna (Austria). Since 2009, she is Professor in Musicology at Universiti Putra Malaysia. Working in different international organisations such as the International Association of Sound and Audiovisual Archives, the International Council for Traditional Music with its many Study Groups, she is known as editor and author of numerous academic pubilcations.
Chinthaka Prageeth Meddegoda,MMus, lecturer on North Indian music at the University of Visual and Performing Arts in Colombo, is currently a PhD student at Universiti Putra Malaysia. His research is funded by a Sri Lankan HETC scholarship. His expertise in Hindustani vocal music was acquired at Bhathkhande Music College and Banaras Hindu University in India. Also, he has gained his knowledge on North Indian music from great gurus residing in Lucknow and Banaras. Presently he is supervised by Gisa Jähnichen on popular and traditional music in Malaysia as well as on general issues of human society, philosophy and cultural studies.

He studied and taught at the University of Tsukuba. During his stay in Japan he conducted research about the Japanese Lifetime Employment System and the applicability and scope of the performance-based compensation systems (i.e., Stock Options) in the Japanese Business Model. Dr. Hamid has presented and published his research work in a number of international forums. He also has research papers in international journals to his credit. One of his published papers received an ‘Award for Encouraging Research’ from the ‘Japanese Association of Administrative Sciences.’ His teaching and research interests include Human Resource Management, Employment Systems, Stock options and Workforce management.

Yujing Yang, I am the Ph.D. candidate of Law School, Chongqing University, P. R. China. During Sept.2011 to Sept.2012, I was the visiting PhD student in Center for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) in the University of Dundee, United Kingdom.
My research interests are: energy law and policy, intellectual property law and policy, environmental Law and policy. My Ph.D. dissertation is about the intellectual property of clean energy technologies in response to climate change.

Syed Asad Abbas Rizvi I did my Ph.D. in 2006 with the title of “an approach to develop a system of teacher effectiveness”. This was the pioneer work on assessment of teacher effectiveness in Pakistan.
I have rich experience of working in different capacities like Principal, Vice Principal, Section Head and Senior Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Resource Person, Research Advisor(for M.Ed and M.Phil and Ph.D. ) at school and university level in public and private organizations
Now a days, I m working at international Islamic University Islamabad. My basic research area is Educational Philosophy, Research and Edumatrics .Under my supervision 13 students have completed their M.Phil and 4 students are working on Ph.D. Dissertation.
