Registrations

Registration is obligatory for all – presenters or workshop leaders or joining the conference as a participant. Just to illustrate this point further, if one paper has more than one authors, each of them will be have to get registered if they wish to attend the conference. A generic term of ‘Conference Delegate’ is used for all registered participants/ speakers/ workshop leaders.

Please note that the registration does not cover accommodation. However, registered participants will be given preference for booking in-campus accommodation. See accommodation choice here.

Overall Registration Process:

In addition, to provide basic information, the registration process involves the following:

Step One –  Select the right category of registration fee that applies in your case (list of advanced economies is given below)
Step Two – Select the mode of payment that is more convenient in your case
Step Three – Pay and send the receipt to ELLTAconference@ait.asia with cc to info@ellta.org for confirmation of payment receipt and conference registration.

The Conference Fee covers for the participants the following:

  • Conference kit/ material including programme book
  • Conference dinner and cultural night
  • City tour
  • Teas and lunches during the conference

 

Refund Policy: You can cancel your registration before one month of the conference ( i.e., by June 25, 2017). However, the costs of transactions will be responsibility of the participant.
