Presently working with School To School International, as Student Assessment Advisor in USAID funded Sindh Reading Program. My responsibilities are to support project in conducting baseline, midline and end-line of the project using EGRA tool. I am also supporting SED-Sindh in institutionalization of reading performance standards and well as ICT-based formative assessment.
Before this; I have worked with Cambridge Education International as Short term National Consultant Standards & Assessments. I have also worked with Education and literacy Department, Govt. of Sindh-Pakistan as Consultant-Assessments in Standardized Achievement Test (SAT).
Served Aga Khan University Examination Board as Senior Research Officer from November 2003 to June 2010 where executed syllabus development, teacher training and professional development programmes.
