Provides best knowledge and expertise in procuring the research culture in school communities and managed innovative projects of NIE. Worked as the chief coordinator in organizing and managing an International Teachers Conference in the year 2015. Also engaged in the research studies of NIE and conducting different action research workshops for teachers across different schools at national level for promoting research culture among the school professionals. Also leading one of the successful projects of Ministry of Education in collaboration with World Bank, Multi-grade Teaching in remote schools. With the above expertise, knowledge and experience do provide professional assistance and consultancy to other universities by lecturing research and leadership modules. Authored two papers and published in the international journal.
