Asami Shimoda

She is a research fellow of Graduate School for International Development and Cooperation, Hiroshima University. Her research interests cover a range of TEVET, National Institute of Technology (KOSEN), and International Cooperation. She has field experience in international cooperation in area of education such as Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Technical Cooperation Projects “The Improvement of Teaching Method in Mathematics”, Honduras, and “SMASTE School-Based CPD Project Phase II”, Zambia. And also she was the member of the research project “Technical Cooperation Implemented Over a Long Period of Time – In the Field of Technical Education”, when she worked at JICA HQ.
