David Chapman

David Chapman teaches international and comparative education at the University of Minnesota (USA). From November 2014 – June 2015 he served as Project Director for the USAID-funded One Health Workforce (OHW) project which works with universities in South East Asia and East Africa to prepare the future health-related workforce to better combat emerging pandemic threats. During 2012-2014, he served as Team Leader of a UNESCO Institute of Statistics-sponsored study of the growth of graduate education across Southeast Asia. From 2009-2012, he was Team Leader for a two-year study of higher education issues in Southeast Asia for the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
