I worked as a lecturer starting in 2005 at the Department of Education Administration, Faculty of Education, State University of Malang. My educational background is the master of management education I went to the same university where I work. During my work, I was involved in many scientific activities in the field of scholarly, which I also involved in activities in cooperation with outsiders such as the Ministry of Primary Education, UNICEF, UNESCO, District Education Office. I am currently entrusted to be the Head of the Laboratory of the Department of Educational Administration.
