His research interests are in management learning, critical leadership studies, social movements organizations, poststructuralism, and Taoism.
He has publications in Management Learning, International Journal of Management Review, and Action Learning: Research and Practice. His recent research interests are in alternative management practices such as management in virtual social movements organisations.
