I'm graduated from the University of Peradeniya with a B.Sc. honors degree in year 2002. I obtained my Masters degree in Information Technology from Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology in year 2007. I'm currently reading for the doctoral studies at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka it engaged in ICT for Agriculture Development (ICT4AD) activities. How low cost ICT tools use for knowledge sharing in the rural farmers is my recent research study.
